1.[CoinGet Center] Collecting Record - Added collection type display and filtering options in the collection logs page (manual collection, automatic collection).

2.[CoinGet Center] Currency Control - Added minimum transaction amount setting for UTXO-based networks (defaulting to a recommended floating value). Receiving records below this threshold will not be included in collecting records.
Note: Requires CoinGet client upgrade.
